Pet screening Requirements for ALL Applicants
We love animals and would love to be able to accommodate everyone’s animals, however, we do have requirements and restrictions for which animals are allowed and how many. Along with your application, you are required to complete a pet screening. This is required whether you have a pet, an assistance animal under HUD guidelines, or no pet at all.
The video to left helps explain what is considered an assistance animal under HUD guidelines and what you’ll be required to provide in your pet screening. Your application is not considered complete until your pet screening is completed and received by the office. Please be aware that this sometimes takes longer for assistance animals, as the documentation is being verified.
